F1 Grand Prix live streaming and TV broadcast schedule
New York St Patrick's Day Parade
The second of the major tennis Grand Slam tournaments takes place in France in May and June each year, with the clay court surfaces of the Stade Roland Garros hosting the event, following on from the earlier Grand Slam in Australia. The French Open is one of the "Big 4" and attracts all of the top players each year. 2022 saw Rafael Nadal take Men's Singles and Iga Swiatek took the Women's Singles.
In terms of glamour, this is probably the most popular of the Grand Slams, with nearby Paris providing the culture that, nice place it is, Melbourne can't really match, and a level of glamour that even London struggles to match - let's be honest, Wimbledon isn't the most salubrious of suburbs is it??
The French Open is well known for attracting large numbers of celebrities to watch, so the crowd-watching can be almost as entertaining as watching the tennis. The outfits are certainly sure to be a sight to behold. Paris in the late spring is a pretty glorious place to be weather-wise too, with warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine the norm, although there is always a decent chance of storms so keep an eye on the forecasts if you're ehading to any of the uncovered courts.
The French Open this year takes place from 22nd May - 11th June 2023
Seedings for this year's tournament to follow.
The full schedule of play will be updated on the official website:

In the UK it is now shown on Eurosport or through your Sky, Virgin, BT or Discovery plus package:
